The last winner - for the Peoria Quirky Landmark is Mary Houvenagle!
Mary was right! The headless woman is none other than Ms. Lydia Bradley Herself ! The statue is located on the campus of Bradley University- and represents the woman who started it all. Lydia founded Bradley Universty in 1897 as a liberal arts college.
Such a wonderful lasting gift she made to her community.
